Our easy-to-search membership directory includes business classifications to help you find just what you need. All contractor members have valid contractor licenses as required by the West Virginia Division of Labor.

Mission Statement

Founded in 1979, The Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association is a progressive, non-profit organization comprised of builders, developers, product suppliers and service providers related to the home building industry.

The association works to improve the quality of life in Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan Counties through the promotion of economic growth, responsible land development, quality construction practices and reasonable regulations.

2012 Home Show

The Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association's 17th Annual Home Show on March 9, 10 & 11 at Martinsburg Mall will be a must-see event. In 2011 there were over 200 vendors and 55,000 visitors at the Home Show. The Home Show offers businesses an unique opportunity to promote their products and services and talk face-to-face with interested home owners and buyers.
