Founded in 1979, The Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association is a progressive, non-profit organization comprised of builders, developers, product suppliers and service providers related to the home building industry.
The association works to improve the quality of life in Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan Counties through the promotion of economic growth, responsible land development, quality construction practices and reasonable regulations.

Member Benefit Available
for EPHBA Members
The Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association is very pleased to announce a new member benefit – a Voluntary Benefit Program for members and their employees. Voluntary benefits are employee-paid insurance plans, and include coverage for such things as disability, life, accident, cancer, and critical illness.
