The following is a listing of committees available to EPHBA members. If you would like to help on any of these, please click here or any of the committee names and tell us which committee that you would be interested in and we will be in touch!

Community Service  - Chair: Brian Hensell

        This committee reviews projects, such as Habitat for Humanity, that the association will take part in to benefit our communities.

Golf  - Chair: George Brent

        This committee organizes the association's golf outings.

Government Affairs - Co-Chairs:  Jason Gerhart

        This committee confronts legislative issues affecting the home-building industry in the Eastern Panhandle.

Green Building - Chair:  Larry Linkens & Peter Corum

        This committee works toward Educating and advocating environmentally friendly and efficient building techniques and practices.

Home Show   - Chair: Jonathan Sherman

        This committee handles the organization and advertising decisions concerning EPHBA's annual consumer home show.

 Marketing  - Chair:  Joyce Garrison

          This committee takes the lead in promoting the association.

 Membership  - Chair: Michelle Cuthrell

         This committee is in the forefront of the recruiting & retaining of EPHBA members.

 Parade of Homes  - Chair:

        This committee arranges the annual new homes open house event.

Programs - Chair: Jason Singer

         Ever wonder how the topics for the General Membership Meetings are chosen? This committee develops topics and speakers for these meetings.
