Let’s get appraisals out of the basement!   This meeting program will feature insight and guidance from a panel of appraisers on how values can (and will) increase.  When will appraisals ‘catch up’ to increasing sales prices?  What can we all do to help this process along? Bring your questions and ideas and let’s make an impact on this important issue for everyone.  

Our panel of appraisers includes:

 °         Dean Dawson, SRA of The RPC Group, LLC.

°          Jim Fisher of Fisher Appraisal Service

°          Kevin Jackson of Jackson-Williams Appraisers, Inc

The Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association is continuing our food drive throughout 2012.  Please bring a non-perishable food item for our local food pantries.  If you do not bring a food item, a $1 donation will be collected and donated to the food pantries.  Thank you for your support of this effort.
