2010 Habitat for Humanity Blitz Build

The 5th Annual Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association's Habitat for Humanity Blitz Build took place from September 13 -17, 2010.  This home was be built in the new Habitat community of Auburndale in Martinsburg.  The family includes a mother and her two daughters.  The home is a two-story 1,200 sq. ft. home built by volunteers organized by the Community Service Committee of the EPHBA.

Day 1:

The crew from Dan Ryan Builders is framing the house.

Day 2:

Subcontractors are working all over the house to get all the rough-in done today along with the roof.

Day 3:

Today was trim, painting, flooring and working on the porches.  A lot for one day and a small crew! 

Day 4:

It was siding today and flooring, more painting and rain!

Day 5:

Dedication!!!!  Nice job to all involved.
