Monster Mash Ball 2023

Join us October 21st, 2023 for the first Annual EPHBA Monster Mash Ball. Starting at 6pm and ending at 10pm at the Martinsburg Elk Lodge located at 121 E. King St., there will be Halloween hors d’oeuvres, music/dancing, cash bar and a costume contest. Prizes will be awarded to the best costume, best couples costume and funniest costume.
